Text and code tools, without the upload
Paste JSON, CSV, a regex or a wall of text and get a clean result — with the data staying in this tab. No pastebin, no account, no copy left on a server.
Most online formatters and converters are pastebins with a nice font. That is a problem when the text is a client list, an API response with tokens in it, or a spreadsheet of real people. Every tool here runs in the page: the text is read by JavaScript in your tab and never travels over the network.
The set is deliberately practical rather than exhaustive. JSON and CSV round-trips, Excel import and export, Markdown and HTML conversion, diffing, regex testing, case changes, counting, Base64, URL encoding, HTML entities, hashes, UUIDs, passwords, lorem ipsum and epoch timestamps. Each page states its limits instead of silently dropping data.

The unglamorous workhorses — formatters, converters and the occasional bit of text surgery.
Which text tool should I use?
Data in, data out: JSON Formatter cleans and validates. CSV to JSON, JSON to CSV and Excel Converter move between tabular and structured data without losing columns. CSV to Excel builds a real workbook with typed cells.
Writing and cleaning: Word Counter gives counts and an honest reading time. Clean Up Text removes duplicate lines, sorts, trims whitespace and fixes curly quotes. Case Converter changes the casing without retyping.
Code and debugging: Regex Tester highlights matches, groups and a replace preview. Diff Checker compares two versions line by line or word by word. Base64, URL Encoder and HTML Entities handle the escaping that breaks copy-paste.
Generate: Hash Generator covers SHA-1, SHA-256, SHA-384, SHA-512 and MD5 with optional HMAC. UUID Generator produces v4 and v7 values, and Password Generator shows the entropy behind its estimates.
